Make the Fishy Taste In Fish Disappear With Baking Soda

Make the fishy taste disappear on you new catch.  Mix a couple of teaspoons soda into a quart of water and soak your fish in the water for an hour or more.  After the hour has passed remove the fish from the water and pat dry with a paper towel or a terry cloth.  Several fish can be treated at one time by increasing the amount of the water/soda mixture.
