Clean Raw Wood With Vinegar

Clean raw wood such as wooden cutting boards with pure white vinegar.  Pour the pure solution of vinegar onto the wood and use a sponge to clean the dirt away.  Wipe the sponge in the direction of the grain of the wood starting at one end and working to the other end.  This action will move the dirt and away from the wood rather than pushing it back into the grain.
